Holly is 6 Months!

...well she was yesterday!

... and I am wondering how that happened so quickly!

and what, Holly, are you up to?

*you can roll from back to front.... but you get upset that you're on your belly, you do not like that (so you are not rolling front to back yet)
*you love to eat your feet
*you are almost sitting all on your own
*you love standing (with the help of a big person)
*you giggle in the cutest way and your big sisters love to make you laugh!
*you sleep most of the night, with one or two interruptions to eat (hey breastmilk is digested quickly, right?)
*you still sleep in the bassinet next to mommy and daddy's bed, but you sleep so much better IN their bed
*you love to play 'peek-a-boo'
*you love putting everything you get your hands on in your mouth (big sisters better keep things off the floor!)
*you know that you are Holly and you know who Mommy and Daddy are (we're still working on those big sisters :) )
*(Mommy's fav) you give us kisses (on your terms of course) by opening your mouth and planting it on said victim's family member's cheek
*you give a new perspective to the term 'load of poo' ....mommy's been doing lots of laundry for that reason :)

basically you are doing everything you are supposed to be doing for a child of your age

and how is the rest of Holly's family?
*Faith is almost done with Kindergarten (Wednesday is the last day!)
*Megan is almost done with this year of preschool (she has a bit longer then Faith, her last day is the 21st)... one more year of preschool before Kindergarten for her.
*Daddy still works nights, BUT is looking to go to school online :)
*Mommy ... oh yeah, she got a job (but that's a different post), but has the summer mostly off... more on that later!

Do we have summer plans?
Oh yeah!
~Holly's family is (well her big sisters are) signed up for two free games of bowling every day this summer, we wont go that often but the opportunity is there.
~We dream (aka: we haven't done any sort of planning for it yet) of going to Connecticut and visiting with Aunt Marge and Uncle Bart (maybe Rachel and Jon too :) ).
~There is also a dream (again hasn't hit planning yet) that Grams may come to visit! (that would be super exciting).
~We want to go camping, but we are (read: mommy is) not really sure how that would work with a 6-8 month old though...
